Class Descriptions

Senior Fitness

A coed class great for all ages but geared to our senior population. This low impact cardio and toning class is designed to focus on muscular strength and range of motion. Get challenged while feeling confident you are doing safe exercises for your body. Try the class if you are just starting group fitness or recovering from injury, and wanting to get back in good health. 

Pilates

Come join us for overall toning in the Pilates mat class. Find muscles you didn’t know you had with stabilizing and toning exercises. Pilates is appropriate for all levels and offers modifications to support your growth. With a focus on core, balance, stabilization, and breathing, you will find a new love for this untapped resource in your workout routine.

Yoga

Yoga explores a mind and body connection through proper breathing techniques within the poses. Yoga welcomes everyone and our classes are catered to reach all levels. Challenge your balance, relieve your body with deep stretching, and tone your muscles. Whether your beginner or advanced, you’ll leave our yoga classes feeling relieved, relaxed, and challenged. 

Spin

Spin is a coed class great for all ages! If you love riding to gain energy, excitement and fun! Cycle your way into great shape!

Spin 50/50

Spin is a coed class great for all ages! If you love riding to gain energy, excitement and fun! Cycle your way into great shape! And the other half is abs in the room!!

Zumba

It’s a coed class great for all ages! Exercise the fun way! Increase your energy, Burn fat, lose weight or just tone up. Have fun!

Yoga Therapy

 A coed beginning Yoga class it explores a mind and body connection through proper breathing techniques within the poses. Yoga welcomes everyone and our classes are catered to reach all levels. Challenge your balance, relieve your body with deep stretching, and tone your muscles. Whether your beginner or advanced, you’ll leave our yoga classes feeling relieved, relaxed, and challenged. 

Core Conditioning

A coed class great for all ages, you go your own pace , great core/ strength building class good for all ages 12 and up also can be modified to fit you. 

XTreme

Xtreme is a coed class great for all ages, you go your own pace it’s based off insanity. It’s a Full body workout starting from the bottom and working your way up it ranges from 30sec -60sec intervals using dumbbells, straight bars, steps and other magnificent workout equipment. “Train insane or remain the same” 

Supershape 1000

A 1 hour cardio, endurance and toning class. Approximately 20-30 minutes of fun cardio, then the remaining time light weights for strength, endurance and toning. Burn fat, lose weight or just tone up. We cover every body part from head to toe!

HIIT

Great class for all ages! A 1 hour cardio, endurance and toning class. Approximately 20-30 minutes of fun cardio, then the remaining time light weights for strength, endurance and toning. Burn fat, lose weight or just tone up. We cover every body part from head to toe!
